The whole label, front and centre.
Ingredients:
No proprietary blends. No asterisks.
Why most supplement labels won’t show you this.
Most supplement labels are designed to confuse you. Proprietary blends hide individual doses behind a single weight. Active-sounding ingredients appear at sub-clinical levels — enough to claim them on the front, not enough to do anything. The fine print does the work the brand can’t.
We don’t do that. The doses on the front of the pack are the doses in the stick. Every number meets the threshold for what we say it does. If we couldn’t dose it properly, we wouldn’t include it.

Frequently asked
The questions you’ll be asking.
Do I need this if I already take creatine?
If you’re already at 3–5 g of creatine a day and getting it from a clean source, you don’t need Daily for the creatine alone. But Daily gives you four other actives — full-NRV magnesium, vitamin C at the active-claim threshold, 1000 IU vitamin D3, and 5 g of collagen peptides — in one stick. If you’d otherwise be taking three or four products to cover those, Daily replaces them.
What does it taste like?
Lemon & grapefruit — bright, citrus-forward, designed to mask the texture of creatine in water. White-monster inspired: clean and daily-wearable, not sweet or syrupy.
Why a stick and not a capsule?
Capsules can’t hold the volume — 5 g of creatine alone would need 8–10 capsules a day. The stick delivers everything in one pour, mixes into water in 10 seconds, and gets absorbed faster. The format follows the dose, not the other way around.
When should I take it?
Whenever — but pick a time and stick with it. Creatine works on saturation, not timing, so consistency beats clever scheduling. Most people take Daily with breakfast.
